peppery salad

procure a robust head of red-leaf lettuce

saute 1/3 red onion, garlic, and about 15 whole black peppercorns in a light oil

deglaze with red wine, add sherry vinegar, olive oil, and serve on lettuce

consider adding cucumbers and/or raisins!

killa sandwiches

good french bread.

spread one peice of toast with avocado, the other with green olive tapanade.

in between, place tomatoes, pecorino pepato cheese, and lettuce.

serve w. mushrooms and good water

eat while listening to "I am a Man of Constant Sorrow" for irony's sake.
